We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or newsletter sign-up:

• Name, email, telephone (optional) — to respond to your enquiry.
• Email and interest preferences — to send the newsletter, only upon explicit consent.

We do not collect sensitive data. We do not use automated profiling or make automated decisions.

3. Legal basis

• Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for contact enquiries.
• Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the newsletter.

4. Cookies and browsing data

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to function. Statistical or marketing cookies are activated only with your consent. For details, see the Cookie policy.

5. Recipients of data

Data are neither sold nor transferred to third parties. They may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, transactional email) acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, bound by appropriate agreements and the same security standards.

6. Retention

Contact enquiry data are kept for as long as necessary to handle the relationship, and in any event no more than 3 years from the last interaction. Newsletter data are kept until consent is withdrawn.
